RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the unique and collectible nature of the products sold by Bleacher Creature Collectibles, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is received, or the item is materially different from its listing.
Please carefully review all photographs, descriptions, grades, condition notes, and product details before completing your purchase.
ALL SALES FINAL
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer's remorse
Changes in market value
Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Duplicate purchases
Disagreement with a card's condition when accurately disclosed
Disagreement with a third-party grade
Failure to receive an expected grade after submitting a raw card for grading
Opened sealed products
Completed services
Items specifically marked final sale
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISREPRESENTED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe the item is materially different from the listing, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Please include:
Your name
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
Photographs showing any damage or discrepancy
Keep all packaging materials until your claim has been resolved.
GRADED CARDS
All graded card sales are final unless the wrong card is shipped or the item arrives damaged.
Grades assigned by PSA, SGC, Beckett, CGC, or another third-party grading company are the opinions of those companies.
Bleacher Creature Collectibles does not guarantee or independently verify a third-party grade.
Disagreement with a grade does not qualify an item for return or refund.
Any graded card holder that has been opened, cracked, altered, tampered with, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.
RAW / UNGRADED CARDS
All raw card sales are final unless the item received is materially different from the photographs or description provided.
We do not guarantee that any raw card will receive a specific grade from a third-party grading company.
Future grading results do not qualify an item for a return, refund, or partial refund.
SEALED PRODUCTS
All sealed product sales are final.
Once a sealed product has been purchased, it cannot be returned because of:
Unwanted contents
Missing desired players
Lack of autographs or memorabilia
Poor card condition inside the sealed product
Manufacturer collation
Manufacturer defects
Expected hits not being pulled
Opened, unwrapped, or unsealed products are never eligible for return unless otherwise required by law.
SPORTS MEMORABILIA
All memorabilia sales are final unless the wrong item is received or the item is materially different from its listing.
Any memorabilia returned after an approved claim must include all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, holograms, documentation, and accessories.
CONSIGNMENT ITEMS
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, purchases of consigned cards and memorabilia are final sale.
Because consigned items belong to third-party owners, returns are only considered when the item arrives damaged, the wrong item is shipped, or there is a material error in the listing.
CARD PREPARATION & OTHER SERVICES
All completed service fees are non-refundable.
This includes:
Card cleaning
Card preparation
Inspection
Evaluation
Submission assistance
Other completed collectible-related services
Card preparation does not guarantee a specific grade, grade increase, or successful authentication.
A grading result from a third-party grading company is not grounds for a refund.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not return an item without written authorization from Bleacher Creature Collectibles.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
If a return is approved, you will receive specific return instructions.
Any approved return must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving return authorization unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CONDITION OF APPROVED RETURNS
An approved returned item must be received in the exact condition in which it was delivered.
All holders, cases, certificates, packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials must be returned.
If an item is altered, damaged, opened, removed from its holder, or otherwise changed after delivery, the return may be denied.
RETURN SHIPPING
For an approved claim caused by an error by Bleacher Creature Collectibles, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed.
Customers must follow the return shipping and insurance instructions provided.
Bleacher Creature Collectibles is not responsible for improperly packaged return shipments.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued after an approved returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not match the item originally shipped or has been altered, damaged, or tampered with.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from an error by Bleacher Creature Collectibles or when otherwise required by law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has been packed, processed, labeled for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Bleacher Creature Collectibles directly before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using applicable order records, tracking information, photographs, communications, and transaction documentation.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
